STANDARD DESCRIPTION:

Our SH series horizontal hydraulic ram press is engineered with a range of three different power ratings from 100 up to 250 tons. The horizontal hydraulic presses are especially designed for straightening and bending operations on profiles, bars, and beams. The horizontal design of the machine enables easy handling of large-size beams and profiles. The latest-generation HS series horizontal hydraulic press has evolved to be highly versatile, with the possibility of incorporating a wide variety of tooling.

They operate at a hydraulic pressure below 350 BAR to ensure maximum longevity of the entire hydraulic system.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
The SH series horizontal straightening hydraulic presses feature an electro-welded “C” frame structure made exclusively from S355JR steel. The frame is stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. The structure is designed and calculated using finite element software. This guarantees our high standards of robustness, accuracy, and quality at all times.

The presses are equipped with a main anti-rotation thrust cylinder and a rear support table, both made from high-strength steel and machined with DIN 650 T-slots. Standard equipment includes support blocks made of C45E steel. Height-adjustable support rollers are included as standard, one on each side.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
Double-acting cylinder with honed tube, chromed piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides. The cylinder is operated by a lever-operated hydraulic distributor. It is fitted with a removable block to prevent piston damage. The hydraulic unit is a single-speed motorized system.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
The electrical installation features a motor protection switch with emergency stop. Supplied with a glycerine manometer indicating tons and hydraulic oil. Fully compliant with all essential health and safety requirements pursuant to CE standards. Supplied with an instruction manual.
