General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are designed with a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to its 8-gibbed H-frame construction, maximum rigidity is maintained throughout the pressing process; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently preserved along the long stroke.

The CHSP 400/150 model features a 400-ton main ram and a 150-ton blankholder (cushion) capacity, making it ideal for deep drawing and spinning operations that require high tonnage. The frame structure is stress-relieved via vibration to ensure long-lasting and reliable operation.
