STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
We have designed the ST series motorized hydraulic portal presses with a mobile bridge and adjustable head, offering a range of three different capacities from 80 to 150 tons.
Specifically designed for straightening welded structures and plates cut by oxy-fuel or laser.

Its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large volumes: workpieces, plates, or structures.
It allows access to different pressure points without having to move the workpiece, thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal motion of the portal.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES:
The ST series hydraulic presses consist of an electro-welded frame made exclusively of S355JR steel. It is stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy. Engineered and designed with finite element analysis software. With all this, we always guarantee our high standards of precision and quality.
The portal features longitudinal travel.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP:

Double-acting cylinder with honed tube, chromed piston, and maintenance-free wear guides. Cylinder operated via lever-actuated hydraulic distributor.
Fitted with a removable bolster to avoid damage to the piston rod.
Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic switch-over from approach speed by hydraulic pressure, and decompression valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
Electrical system equipped with a motor protector and emergency stop button. Supplied with glycerin-filled pressure gauge (tonne readout) and hydraulic oil.
Complies with all essential health and safety requirements according to CE regulations.
Comes with instruction manual.
