PEGAS pallet clamping system 2,500 × 4,000 mm for CNC milling centres

Used, fully functional pallet clamping system for CNC milling centres.

The system includes one base plate with pneumatic clamping units and two exchangeable pallets. While one pallet is inside the machine during machining, the second pallet can be prepared outside the machine with the next workpiece. This significantly reduces setup time and machine downtime.

The system was developed and used in our own machining department for the production of PEGAS band saws. It was previously installed on an older CNC machining centre, which was scrapped last year. The pallet system itself is fully functional and ready for further use.
